His Highness On Wednesday, Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member, Ruler of Sharjah, and Supreme President of the Arabic Language Academy (ALA), presented the Sharjah Award for Linguistic and Lexical Studies to the winners of the seventh session at ALA.
Sheikh Sultan emphasized that the distinguished efforts of scholars and experts, as well as the continuation of scientific research, documentation, and publication of various sciences, are a great benefit to the nation and future generations, and that Sharjah has been working on this for decades, as well as its desire to honour and celebrate researchers who work hard and diligently.
The Ruler of Sharjah noted that Sharjah operates under well-studied programs that provide the means and capabilities for all those working. Sheikh Sultan emphasized the importance of verifying facts and conducting proper study, analysis, and interpretation in order to provide true knowledge with a pure and comprehensive scientific objective.
The Ruler of Sharjah congratulated the recipients of the 7th Linguistic Studies Award on their important contributions and creative ideas, which resulted in distinguished solid scientific research to enrich the Arabic library in various disciplines of the Arabic language.
