Harare, Zimbabwe – March 7, 2025 – A major partnership has been established to drive growth in Zimbabwe’s mining and construction industries. Asia Tunneling and Construction Pte Ltd (Singapore), Broadhaven Construction (Zimbabwe), TRIT Group, and Nest Capital LLC have joined forces to develop key quarry sites and infrastructure projects across the country.
Led by Dr. Shanmuganathan, Madhavapandian, Munyaradzi Majoni, H.E. DATUK Yuro Ty, and Dr. Keith Liew, this collaboration will bring advanced drilling, blasting, and aggregate production techniques to two strategically located quarries—15km from Harare and 30km from Bulawayo. The focus will be on maximizing efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability while meeting growing construction demands.
The partnership has already secured a range of high-profile contracts, including military and private sector developments, government infrastructure projects, and road construction initiatives. With operations set to launch in April, the venture is expected to create economic opportunities while ensuring that all project revenues remain denominated in USD.
Beyond Zimbabwe, the partners are expanding their efforts to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where Asia Tunneling Project Management (ATPM), Nest Capital Group, TRIT Group, and Asia Tunneling Singapore are actively exploring new opportunities in the region’s mining and quarry sector.
This collaboration is set to contribute significantly to Zimbabwe’s economic landscape, bringing investment, job creation, and cutting-edge industry expertise to the region.
